RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you enjoy your takeda zen ritual. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Return Eligibility
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused and unopened.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- All packaging and included materials must be intact and in their original condition.
For hygiene, freshness, and product-quality reasons, opened products cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes zencha, zen ritual incense, and mini ritual.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Custom or personalized orders
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@takeda-zen.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
If your request is accepted, we will provide instructions for returning your order.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was received.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or financial institution to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@takeda-zen.com.
Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
